What I am learning is many business owners, etc. are still pretty overwhelmed with the new media tools available and jump in because it&#039;s the latest and greatest without proper education on it being just that, &quot;another tool in the box.&quot;

The best advise/mentoring I&#039;ve received since heading down this career path and advising folks is to remember that for as much time as you invest in nurturing the virtual PR/marketing outlets like FB/Twitter, etc... it&#039;s important to balance that with old-school traditional human interaction (i.e. a phone call, well presented mailing, etc.)
