What I am learning is many business owners, etc. are still pretty overwhelmed with the new media tools available and jump in because it's the latest and greatest without proper education on it being just that, "another tool in the box." The best advise/mentoring I've received since heading down this career path and advising folks is to remember that for as much time as you invest in nurturing the virtual PR/marketing outlets like FB/Twitter, etc... it's important to balance that with old-school traditional human interaction (i.e. a phone call, well presented mailing, etc.) Thank you David!
