Looks like all the technology is back online. The digital equivalent of an out-of-stock. No way of knowing the business lost. #

@Jones_Rob I tried destroy twitter, but came back to Twhirl because of the multiple account abilities. Does 1.4 support multiple accounts? #

Diary of a customer service stuff-up. BlueHost last ETA was 9:57. At 9:57 the status notification updated to “there is no ETA”. Brilliant. #
Generic help message says server will be down for 30-60 mins. Live chat says can take several hours. Use twitter for customer service people #
website back, but mail still down. SMS and Googlemail working. Twitter too. Sometimes it’s good to distribute contact points. #
Hosting Down. Host (Bluehost) say that it has something to do with heavy load. emails affected. Twitter or text if you need to get me. #
I find it strange that some companies in business make it as difficult as possible to contact them. Make it easy for me to buy from you… #
